KEW Soda directly owns all of the ownership interests of WE Soda. WE Soda directly owns all of the ownership interests of Ciner Enterprises Inc. ("Ciner Enterprises"). Ciner Enterprises directly owns all of the ownership interests of Ciner Resources Corporation ("Ciner Resources"). Ciner Resources directly owns all of the ownership interests of Ciner Wyoming Holding Co. ("Ciner Holding"). Ciner Holding owns 14,551,000 common units representing limited partner interests in Ciner Resources LP (the "Issuer").
