The remaining 50% of the RSUs will vest in equal installments on each of March 1, 2022, March 1, 2023, March 1, 2024, March 1, 2025 and March 1, 2026; provided, that performance metrics described in the applicable award agreement must be satisfied for the March 1, 2024, March 1, 2025 and March 1, 2026 installments to vest. After the shares subject to the RSUs vest and are settled, they will remain subject to transfer and sale restrictions for a period of one year.
