Distribution to Shareholders of Record

On June 27, 2025, the Board of Trustees of BIP Ventures Evergreen BDC declared a cash distribution of $0.02 per share to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2025, for a total amount of $77,000. The distribution is expected to be paid on or around July 16, 2025.
