As of December 29, 2023 Mr. DeNunzio no longer retains an indirect beneficial interest in the Company by and through his membership interest in NVC Holdings, LLC. Mr. Thomas DeNunzio assigned and transferred his membership interest in NVC Holdings, LLC to Sparx Holdings, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, owned exclusively by his daughter, Cassandra DeNunzio. NVC Holdings, LLC is a controlling shareholder of the Issuer.
