Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On February 20, 2019, Blue Hills Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced that the Board of Directors of Blue Hills Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ:BHBK) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of $0.20 per share, payable on March 19, 2019 to stockholders of record as of March 5, 2019. The Company’s press release announcing the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
