Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 3, 2026, Weatherford International plc (“Weatherford” and together with its subsidiaries, “we” or the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.

Weatherford will host a conference call on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, to discuss the Company’s results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025. The conference call will begin at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (7:30 a.m. Central Time).
