Other Events

On June 3, 2019, Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Apple has approved the iOS version of Ploinks® developed by its subsidiary, Ploinks, Inc. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
