On May 3, 2017, PennTex Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing the Partnership’s financial and operational results for the first quarter of 2017. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
