Mr. Singer is deemed to hold the reported stock option for the benefit of Maverick Ventures and may exercise the stock option solely upon the direction of Maverick Ventures, which entity is entitled to the shares of Class A Common Stock issued upon exercise. Maverick Ventures, Maverick Venture Funds and Lee S. Ainslie III, a Managing Partner of Maverick Ventures, may be deemed the indirect beneficial owners of this stock option.
