On October 22, 2025, Greenidge Generation Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s tender and exchange offer for its outstanding 8.50% Senior Notes due 2026 commenced on October 6, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
