Item 7.01 - Regulation FD

On October 28, 2025, InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will disclose its financial results for the third quarter 2025 on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 before the market opens. The Company will also conduct a conference call for all interested investors on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
