Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 29, 2025, Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") issued a press release and will hold a conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
