On November 3, 2025, the registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. The text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

On November 3, 2025, the registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $1.12 per share of its Class A common stock, payable on December 31, 2025 to its Class A common stockholders of record as of December 17, 2025. The registrant also issued a detailed earnings presentation announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025.
