On November 6, 2025, Abacus Global Management, Inc. ("Abacus" or "Company") announced the results of its operations and its financial condition for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
