Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 21, 2025, Moog Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing results of operations for the quarter and year ended September 27, 2025. A copy of the press release is included as exhibit 99.1 of this report.

Item 8.01			Other Events

On November 21, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share on the Company's issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 17, 2025 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 8, 2025. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.2 of this report.
