On November 21, 2025, BKV posted certain unaudited consolidating financial information related to BKV Upstream Midstream, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“BKV Upstream Midstream”) and wholly-owned subsidiary of BKV, which may be found on BKV’s website at https://www.bkv.com by selecting “Investors,” “Financial Info.” and then “Consolidating Statements.” BKV plans to use its website to disseminate updated consolidating financial information in future quarters and may not file or furnish a Current Report on Form 8-K alerting investors at such times.
