Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On January 30, 2026, Moog Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing results of operations for the quarter ended January 3, 2026. A copy of the press release is included as exhibit 99.1 of this report.

Item 8.01			Other Events

On January 30, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share on the Company's issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on February 26, 2026 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 17, 2026. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.2 of this report.
