Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 29, 2026, CuriosityStream Inc.'s (the “Company”) Board of Directors approved the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of the Company's Common Stock payable on March 20, 2026, to stockholders of record on March 6, 2026.

A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
