On February 24, 2026, Axon Enterprise, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a shareholder letter regarding the Company’s financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025. The full text of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
