On March 2331, 2026, KKR Enhanced US ~~EVDL Funding LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KKR Enhanced US~~ Direct Lending Fund-L Inc. (the “"Company”"), ~~entered~~declared ~~into~~a ~~Amendment~~dividend Noof $8. 291 ~~(the~~per ~~“Second~~share ~~Amendment”)~~on to the ~~Loan~~Company’s ~~and~~common ~~Servicing~~shares ~~Agreement,~~of ~~dated~~beneficial ~~April 1,~~interest ~~2024~~ (~~as amended from time to time prior to~~ the ~~date hereof~~“Shares”), bywhich ~~and~~will ~~among~~be ~~KKR~~paid ~~Enhanced~~on USor ~~EVDL~~about ~~Funding LLC~~April 30, as2026 ~~borrower, the Company, as collateral manager, Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent and as joint lead arranger, each of the lenders from time~~ to ~~time~~shareholders ~~party thereto, The Bank~~ of ~~New~~record ~~York Mellon Trust Company, National Association,~~ as ~~collateral agent, as collateral custodian and as account bank, and KKR Capital Markets LLC, as joint lead arranger. The Second Amendment provides for, among other things, an extension~~ of the ~~reinvestment~~close ~~period to April 1, 2028 and an extension~~ of ~~the~~business ~~maturity~~on ~~date to~~ March 3031, ~~2030~~2026.
