- [F2]On March 20, 2017, Mr. Liu, as sole owner of Big Name Group Co., Ltd., a British Virgin Islands corporation, entered into a Stock Issuance Cancellation Agreement with the Company whereby Mr. Liu cancelled and returned all 1,235,906 shares of the Company's common stock to the Company's treasury. The Reporting Person no longer owns any shares in the Company.
