Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 17, 2020, Joshua Kimmel’s positions as Co-President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and Michael Agentis’s positions as Vice President and General Manager of the Company were eliminated.
