Dismissal of Delaware Complaint Against AscellaHealth

On March 11, 2025, Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company dismissed the Delaware matter pending against Ascella on March 7, 2025, and that a number of factors caused the company to reconsider its strategy to adequately protect its shareholders. This press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 6-K and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
