On April 30, 2025, Omega Flex, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its results for the three months ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the earnings release issued by the Company with respect to these matters is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
