On May 7, 2025, electroCore, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (i) announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, and (ii) providing preliminary guidance for the full 2025 fiscal year. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference.
