Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 5, 2025, IDT Corporation (the “Registrant”) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share. The dividend is payable on June 18, 2025 to stockholders of record as of June 9, 2025.
