Director Resignation

On July 9, 2025, Lim Wai Loong (“Mr. Lim”) resigned from his role as a member of the Board of Directors of Evergreen Corporation (“Company”). Mr. Lim’s resignation as director is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or its management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
