Graphex Group Limited (OTC: GRFXY | HKSE: 6128).

Graphex Group Limited (the “Company” or “we”) is an issuer listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKSE”). Under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the HKSE (“Listing Rules”), we are required to announce (the “Announcement”) the unaudited interim consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) for the six months ended 30 June 2025, together with the comparative unaudited figures for the corresponding period in 2024 which have been reviewed by the audit committee of the Company. The announcement complies with the relevant requirements of the Listing Rules in relation to information to accompany preliminary announcement of interim results of the Company. We are furnishing the Announcement in respect of the first six months of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 as Exhibit 99.1 of this Form 6-K, which is incorporated herein by reference.
