Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On September 24, 2021, Bighorn DevCo LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Oasis Midstream Partners LP (the “Partnership”), and Oasis Petroleum Marketing LLC (“OPM”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Oasis Petroleum Inc., entered into Amendment #2 to Transportation Services Agreement (the “Transportation Agreement”) in order to extend the term to December 31, 2022. The Transportation Agreement is renewable at OPM’s option (subject to certain limitations) and includes minimum volume commitments that are not material to the Partnership’s operating results.
