Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On May 9, 2022, the Company announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022, and the Company increased its revenue guidance and reiterated adjusted EBITDA guidance for the year ending December 31, 2022. In addition, on May 9, 2022, the Company posted an updated investor presentation on its website.
