Resignation of Named Executive Officer

On March 3, 2023, Louis T. Fox III resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and interim Corporate Secretary of Hartman vREIT XXI, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Fox's resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the Company regarding any matters related to its operations, policies, practices, or otherwise.
