Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 22, 2018, Gilla Inc. (“Gilla” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it had partnered with MVP Distribution Limited to distribute the Company’s products in Atlantic Canada.

A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

On June 27, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing it had partnered with MAQ Distributors Ltd. to distribute the Company’s products across Manitoba and Saskatchewan in Canada.

A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
