- [F1]ICT Investments, LLC owns 100% of the shares of Fonon Technologies, Inc. that received 1,000,000 shares of Laser Photonics common stock as disclosed by Laser Photonics, Inc. in its Form 10-Q that was recently filed on November 14, 2023 in which Laser Photonics stated that: "On October 16, 2023, the Company [Laser Photonics] entered into a license agreement with Fonon Technologies, Inc., an affiliate of the Company through its ownership by ICT Investments, LLC, for an exclusive, worldwide, nontransferable license for High Power Turbo Piercing ("Cold Cutting") laser cutting technology and any improvements to such technology to allow the Company to manufacture, sell, export and import products incorporated such technology in return for the Company paying a license fee of $350,000 in cash and 1,000,000 restricted shares of the Company's common stock."
