On February 17, 2026, Luvu Brands, Inc. (“Luvu” or “the Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
