Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On September 24, 2025, Blue Owl Capital Corporation II (the “Company”) determined that shares issued pursuant to the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan will be issued at a price of $8.45 per share following a change in the Company’s net asset value per share.
