The over-subscription rights were distributed to all holders of HTZ Common Stock on the June 24, 2019 record date for the rights offering and allowed the rights holders who fully exercised their basic subscription right to exercise the over-subscription right for any unexercised basic subscription rights on a pro rata basis.
