Concurrently, Dunn entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with a secondary purchaser for the sale of 6,000,000 of the aggregate shares at a cost basis of $0.033, Dunn paid 1,500,000 shares to a consultant for services rendered; and distributed 1,000,000 to additional purchasers. The Closing well, of the sales occurred on July 28, 2017.
