Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 26, 2020, GL Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) announced via press release that the Company had partnered with Rocky Mountain High Brands and CBD Life regarding the production and distribution of CBD beverages in Mexico.
