On September 21, 2022, Coeptis issued a press release announcing its previously disclosed exclusive license agreement with the University of Pittsburgh related to certain intellectual property rights to the Universal self-labeling SynNotch and CARs for programable antigen-targeting technology platform. The previous disclosure can be found in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K that was filed on September 7, 2022.
