On January 26, 2023, LNPR Group Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the appointment of Thomas Irle as SVP Global Business Development & Operations of NYCEdutec, LNPR’s wholly-owned subsidiary. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
