- [F2]As previously reported, a limited liability company controlled by Mr. Anania (Anania & Associates Investment Company, LLC, or A&AIC) received 560,048 shares of Issuer common stock (1,680,145 shares on a pre-split basis) on 10/4/21 as partial consideration for the sale of Lighthouse Imaging, LLC assets to the Issuer. A&AIC distributed those shares to its underlying members on 5/31/2022 and 9/7/2022; A&AIC presently owns no shares of the Issuer.
- [F3]As a result of A&AIC's distributions, Anania & Associates received 232,915 shares (698,746 shares on a pre-split basis) of which Mr. Anania held a proportionate interest in 196,821 shares (590,465 shares on a pre-split basis), and Mr. Anania's spouse received 8,618 shares (25,856 shares on a pre-split basis).
