Item 7.01.

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 4, 2025, Lifeway Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an achievement of surpassing $37.6 million in net sales the two months from April 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025, representing a 10.7% increase from the comparable period in the prior year, and the Company now expects that net sales for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be in the range of $52 million to $56 million. Additionally, the press release announced expanded distribution for several of the Company’s top-selling product lines at retailers nationwide. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
