Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 1, 2025, Jody Levy notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Lifeway Foods, Inc.. (the “Company”) of her resignation as director, effective on October 1, 2025. Ms. Levy’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
