On September 9, 2019, AEP Transmission Company, LLC (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. (collectively, the “Underwriters”), as underwriters, relating to the offering and sale by the Company of $350,000,000 of its 3.15% Senior Notes, Series L, due 2049 (the “Notes”).
