Item 2.02	Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On Monday, October 23, 2017, Albertsons Companies, LLC ("we" or the "Company") provided certain financial information to holders of the Company's 6.250% Senior Notes due 2024 and 5.750% Senior Notes due 2025 (collectively, the "Notes") for the 28 week period ended September 9, 2017. The information provided to the holders of the Notes is furnished in Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.
