Item 2.02	Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On Tuesday, January 16, 2018, Albertsons Companies, LLC ("we" or the "Company") provided certain financial information to holders of the Company's 6.250% Senior Notes due 2024 and 5.750% Senior Notes due 2025 (collectively, the "Notes") for the 40 week period ended December 2, 2017. The information provided to the holders of the Notes is furnished in Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.
