Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

GREENLINK INTERNATIONAL INC. ANNOUNCES THE SIGNING OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH SEATTLE BASED SOFTWARE CORPORATION HYXUS, INC.

Tacoma, Washington – GreenLink International Inc. (“GreenLink” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on the 4th day of November 2018 with Hyxus, Inc. to conduct joint reviews, due diligence investigations and negotiations to merge their respective business operations to form a new or combined business entity.
