On April 30, 2025, Custom Truck One Source, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
