As of February 2018, the Reporting Person ceased being a beneficial owner, officer and director of Toga Capital Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian company, that which is the entity that acquired or disposed of these shares, as applicable. Moreover, the reported price of $1.00 as the sale price of the shares was incorrect on the original Form 4. The correct price was $0.01 per share. The price was incorrectly reported due to a clerical error.
