On June 29, 2020, AEP Texas Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement with Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC, as representatives of the underwriters named therein (collectively, the “Underwriters”), relating to the offering and sale by the Company of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.10% Senior Notes, Series I, due 2030 (the “Notes”).
